Terms and Conditions sent during the time of payment/invoice will be the ones followed. I will assume that you've read the terms, and failure to follow these terms gives me the right to cancel the commission.

Once the client sends a commission request, it is automatically added to my work queue. However, if the client hasn't responded within 7 days of sending the request, it will be automatically cancelled.

I WILL NOT draw. Anything that promotes violence & harassment, heavy mecha, extreme gore, anthro nsfw, underage nsfw, copying an art style of different artists, hyperrealism, realistic portraits, and any controversial topics like politics, racism, etc.

The Artist is free to repost the artwork on any of their social media, gallery, or websites.

The Client must not claim work as their own and is free to display the commissioned piece on their websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels, and so on.

Do not alter the commissioned artwork. If the commissioner wants different versions of the piece it should be a part of the commission. However, the commissioner is free to crop, add text, or animate the commissioned artwork. Any major changes or edits are not allowed.

Please remember that any activity that promotes or generates revenue is considered commercial activity and should be written on the "Request Form".

Commercial Use for content creation: the client is allowed to use the commission for content use, advertising, streaming -- anything that does not involve monetization.

Full Commercial Use for reproduction and sale: the client is allowed to use the commission for all the purposes stated above, as well as monetization, e.g. merch, prints, etc.

Do not use my artwork for NFT, crypto, or AI imaging websites/programs.

The Artist's rights to personal use commissioned pieces still belong to the artist but is not allowed to use the commissioned piece for any kind of commercial use.

The Client must not claim the commissioned work as their own.

The time frame for the commission greatly depends on my workload and the nature of the commission. The default time frame doesn't take more than a month unless it's a big commission. If you require a specific deadline, please communicate this clearly before making any payments for the artwork.

I will start the commission as soon as I receive half or full payment. Please understand that I will work on them one by one. You can check the "work queue" or DM me for concerns. If there are any delays and adjustments to the timeline, I will discuss the matter with you.

If the client does not approve or reply to updates/wips given in an appropriate amount of time, then the deadline might have to be extended.

Payment is received upfront, I will not start until the commission is fully/partially paid.

The listed prices are only base prices and may be subject to change depending on the nature of the desired commission. There will be additional fees for complex designs such as armor, weapons, extra accessories, horns, detailed clothes with texture, and such.

Free revisions only apply to every update/wip given.

Revisions may affect progress and timeline.

Additional charges for excessive revisions may be required. Revisions on certain areas that have already been approved beforehand will have additional fees

No refunds once the commission process has begun.

If the Client wishes to cancel a commission before any work has been done, you will be fully refunded.

A full refund will also be given if the artist needs to stop working for health/personal reasons.

Full refunds will be given if the commissioned work is not provided before the approved deadline.
